DESCRIPTION

This course combines initial training for banks man, slinger and rigger roles with basic knowledge of activities associated with the combined roles, safety and regulatory requirements of those activities. The aim and objectives of the Rigger training is to provide personnel with knowledge of the rigging principles, general hazards and risks of rigging and lifting operations, an awareness of relevant legislation and regulation, and an opportunity to practice basic rigging operations following a lifting plan.
